Saddle Stitching:  Where two or more sheets of paper are folded in half with two staples bound to the spine of the booklet. 

Perfect Binding: Is a method where glue is used in the spine (EVA Perfect bind). Perfect binding will give you a flat edge-to-edge on the spine. This method is used when Saddle stitching cannot, due to a larger page count, or it’s preferred.

PLASTIC COMB, WIRE & SPIRAL BINDING

Plastic comb binding involves punching holes in the spine of pages and then threading a plastic comb through them. The comb is then crimped to keep the pages in place.

Wire binding uses a metal wire that is threaded through punched holes on the spine pages. The wire is then crimped to keep the pages in place. This binding option is durable and can handle heavier paper stocks, making it ideal for documents that will be frequently handled or need to withstand rough use.

Spiral binding also known as coil binding, uses a plastic or metal coil that is threaded through punched holes on the spine pages. The coil is then crimped to keep the pages in place. Spiral binding is also very durable and can handle thicker paper stocks, making it a good option for frequently used or handled documents.
